发射器：
<1>将消息（字符串形式）编码成一个符号序列；
<2>用脉冲成形将串符号序列转变成模拟脉冲信号；
<3>将模拟脉冲信号调制到载波信号上。
接收器：
<1>对接收的信号进行采样；
<2>解调信号成基带信号；
