這是一個利用butter filter 的bandstop 來濾除原始訊號中有雜訊的方法，先轉為spectrogram觀察雜訊所分步頻帶與能量，再依照要濾除的部分作bandstopa(This is a use of bandstop butter filter to filter out the noise of the original signal has a method, the first step into a spectrogram observation noise and energy of the band, then follow to filter out parts for bandstopa)
