类似在HTML中嵌入PHP和ASP代码，本函数实现在文本文件中嵌入matlab代码并运行！
主要作用以及价值：
在文本文件中嵌入matlab代码，并可以直接运行该文本文件
根据matlab变量的当前值，实时修改文件文件中相应的数据
目前具有如下功能：
matlab代码使用必须包含在< >符号中，中间的内容都被解析为matlab代码
matlab代码可以放在文本的任意位置，你想放在什么地方都可以
matlab代码允许被文本分割而不连续书写，比如循环语句
fprintf(fid_target,...)函数用来向文件中写入字符，目前还比较麻烦
有待改进的方面有：
在文本文件中增加对matlab function的支持
简化变量输出，目前只能fprintf(fid_target,...)
目前是M脚本完成功能的，后期会提供M函数(MATLAB code embedded in the text file and run return results
