代码说明：

该模型主要实现Chirp系统中Chirp信号的BOK调制，Chirp信号分为上扫频和下扫频信号，可以通过对正余弦信号进行BOK调制来产生。(This model mainly realize the BOK modulation Chirp Chirp signal in the system, under the Chirp signal is divided into the upper frequency sweep and frequency sweep signal, can pass to BOK is cosine signal modulation to produce. )
