I2C 读取SHT21 温湿度传感器
SHT21驱动库有两种操作模式，适合不同操作
自动转换测量模式：
1：启动任意一个测量指令,例如测量温度执行 measureT();
2：延时200ms
3：读取测量后的数值, autoMeasure(float * th);
该函数读取测量得出的数据，并根据数据的类型进行转化，再自动启动下一个类型的测量
指定转换测量模式：
1：先启动一次测量,例如测量温度执行 measureT();
2：延时200ms
