代码说明：

来自ptbdb数据库的信号的读取，该数据库内ECg信号的格式与传统的MIT-HIT数据库不同，是12导的数据，通过程序读取后，数据保存为Matlab矩阵的形式。(read ECG signal from the ptbdb database. Data form of this database is different from the tranditional "212" formal ECG signal. It returns ECG data of 12-leads in a matrix)
