本文提出了一种与J PEG标准完全兼容的医用内窥镜图像自适应量化压缩编码方法,该方法采用二次扫描的措施,根据原始图像的频谱分布特点,自适应地修正J PEG推荐的量化表。(This paper presents a fully compatible with the J PEG standards of medical endoscope image adaptive quantization coding method, which uses the second scan measures, according to the original image of the spectrum distribution characteristics, adaptive to amend the recommended quantitative J PEG Table.)
