CRC_polar_SC_SCL

代码说明：

  polar码的SC译码算法，可设置不同信噪比，不同码长，可改为SCL算法和CA_SCL算法。核心部分采用C程序编写，主要框架采用matlab编写，极大提高了运行速度。 (SC polar code decoding algorithm, you can set different SNR, different code lengths, can be changed SCL algorithm and CA_SCL algorithms.
