需求分析
（1）提供从文本文件导入和从界面输如信息两种方式供用户选择来创建新的物资记录。
（2）插入记录的时候需要检测物资编号是否存在，若存在，需要提醒用户该记录已经存在。
（3）查询物资记录时提供不同的路径供用户选择：按编号查询，按名称查询。
