安装方法：
1.建立数据库，运行SQL.txt 脚本
2.打开IIS建立虚拟目录如HR到本文件夹
3.更改web.config里connectionstring的值为您服务器的地址
使用方法，通常企业已经存在了很多用户资料，在后台，配置AD
点击初始化，把已有数据导入现有系统
