代码说明：

用给定的水位数据，选取73个分潮，利用潮汐调和分析，计算分潮的调和常数，利用调和常数结果选取4个主要分潮和2个浅水分潮，对实测水位进行回报，计算余水位，平均潮差，高低潮的潮时潮高并精确到min和cm，最后计算该站的潮汐类型。(By using the given water level data, 73 tides are selected, and the harmonic constants of the tide are calculated by the harmonic analysis of the tides. 4 main tides and 2 shallow water tides are selected by the result of the harmonic constant.
