代码说明：

BPSK调制的通信系统，包括：（1）随机数据产生及BPSK 调制（2）插值处理（3）三种低通滤波器的设计（从升余弦滤波器改为平方根升余弦滤波器（4）载波调制（5）从升余弦滤波器改为平方根升余弦滤波器（6）AWGN 信道（7）匹配滤波（8）采样与解调，误码率计算（9）误码率的理论曲线以及仿真曲线整个(A BPSK based communication system, including modulation, AWGN, low-pass filter,BER caculation.)
