VC++简单的圆形百分比图表，展现内存使用比率
VC++以简单的圆形百分比图表显示内存的使用比率，图表让数据的展现一目了然，不过本程序若电脑配置较高，特别是硬盘或内存容量较大时，圆饼图有失效了，我这里的内存是8G，好像程序获取不到这么大的内存，导致数据错误，圆饼图也失效了，还有修复的必要，时间关系，先把源码与大家分享吧，运行效果如下图所示，失效了。
