电力弹簧(electric spring，ES)颠覆了电力系统中用电需求决定发电量的传统思路，旨在实现用电量可随着发电量的变化而变化，能有效缓解太阳能、风能等新能源发电的间
歇性和不稳定性的问题。该文首先介绍 ES 提出的背景及基本原理，针对现有的控制方法容易引入谐波的缺点，提出一种基于谐振控制器和电网电压前馈的控制新方法。采用基于矢量图的相位控制算法，使得关键负载的电压能跟踪给定值，且 ES 可随着不同的电网电压分别工作于容性、阻性和感性模式。详细研究了 ES 的建模及控制器参数的设计方法，制作了一台基于 DSP28335 平台的实验样机，实验结果验证了 ES 理论及所提控制算法的正确性和有效性。(This document covers many documents about electric spring, including 1.
