属性：
TextBoxID : 目标 TextBox 的ID，只需要正确填写该属性本控件就可以使用
UpdatePanelID : 控件所在并且进行异步更新的UpdatePanel控件的编号(该属性为了支持ASP.NET 2.0 AJAX Extensions 1.0组件设计,因为代码内使用了UpdatePanel类，所以在使用时如果没有安装ASP.NET 2.0 AJAX Extensions 1.0组件请先安装)
注意: 1.本控件必须放在与目标TextBox同一级下。
