本程序采用MATLAB语言编写，为DFB激光器的一维时域行波模型，可用于仿真DFB激光器的腔内载流子浓度、光子浓度以及激射波长，输出功率等特性。(This program is written by Matlab. It is an one-dimensional travelling wave model for DFB laser, which can be used to simulate the distribution of carrier density, photon density, the lasing spectrum, output power, etc.)
