视频的传输是基于rtp来传输。用的第三开源包是jrtplib。
参考例子：
（1）视频采集，播放，视频传输 我参考了从http://www.programsalon.com/
下下来的NetMeeting_VideoCapture例子 不过它的传输是基于tcp/ip
socket编程的。
（2）jrtplib官方网站的c/s例子
