Delphi图片管理程序，可对图片进行分类管理，以前见到有朋友用.NET写的照片分类管理程序，用起来也挺好，只不过要安装.NET框架才行，觉得不太方便，我用Delphi2007仿写了一个，界面也基本一样啦，再次感谢那位朋友了。
