用于产生风速，基于kaimal谱分析建立。(This submission allow the user for generation of three-dimensional turbulent wind fields, by employing a Kaimal spectrum and IEC-based coherence function. Furthermore, it is possible to export the generated wind fields as FAST-compatible .bts, in order to simulate wind turbine dynamic behavior in presence of stochastic wind. )
