此程序用fortran编写
功能:
1、是计算在载荷作用下的平面桁架位移以及杆件的轴力。轴力符号规定，受拉为正，受压为负。另外还哼计算支座反力。
2、对桁架的节点编号，采取先编可动节点，接着再编固定节点。
3、计算多工况问题
此程序出自《杆系结构程序设计》，有改动，原程序有错误-the procedure used to prepare fortran functions : 1. calculation of the load under the plane truss rod displacement and the axial force.
