Delphi编写实现的缩略图批量生成程序，可自定义缩略图生成规则，比如按比例生成、按高度生成或按图片宽度生成，也可定义成固定的高度或宽度生成，支持指定目录下的缩略图生成，提供5种缩略图尺寸供选择，生成指定图片缩略图，生成速度很快，而且本程序完全用Delphi自身控制开发而成，Delphi环境下可直接编译生成Exe。
