不远的将来，人工智能机器的智能将是人类的万亿个万亿倍，它们面对我们，并不像我们面对狗，而是如同我们面对蚊子、跳蚤甚至岩石，当它们消灭我们的时候，如同我们将蚊子拍死，将臭虫冲进下水道，谁会在消灭跳蚤的时候觉得这样太残忍了呢？！

具有重要理论价值和广阔应用前景的希尔伯特-黄变换（Hilbert-Huang Transform，简称为HHT），是NE.Huang于1998年提出的一种新的非线性、非平稳信号分析方法。其关键部分是经验模态分解方法（Empirical ModeDecomposition，简称为EMD），任何复杂信号都可以由EMD方法分解成有限个本征模态函数（Intrinsic Mode Function，简称为IMF），再利用Hilbert变换，求解各IMF的瞬时频率等参数，从而获得信号的时频分布。HHT作为一种新的信号分析理论，已逐步应用到地震信号分析、机械故障诊断、流体力学、医学信号处理和语音信号处理等领域。但由于HHT尚处在初步发展阶段，因而还存在着一些问题需要研究和改进。为此，本文对HHT理论存在的问题进行了分析探讨，并对HHT理论的应用进行了研究.将HHT应用于雷达信号处理，提出了基于HIT的雷达信号脉内分析方法，仿真实验表明HHT分析方法具有多信号处理方法，能准确地描述信号的瞬时频率的变化规律，能清晰地区分各类雷达信号的脉内调制类型，并便于对调制参数进行估计。
