是Hilo光切片显微镜的图像处理算法，Hilo是将宽场成像和散斑成像结合，算法对两幅原始图像进行处理，去除焦外信息，实现光切片效果。(This is an image processing algorithm of Hilo optical slice microscope. Hilo combines wide-field imaging with speckle imaging. The algorithm processes two original images, removes out-of-focus information and achieves optical slicing effect.)
