  Tomcat有时会发生宕机，或者由于机器重启而不在线的情况，需要人为手动启动或监视，这里使用脚本+定时任务的方式进行解决(Tomcat sometimes goes down or is not online due to machine restart. It needs to be started manually or monitored. Here we use script + timed task to solve the problem.)
