VB实现Win8风格扁平化UI源码包，资源类文件在目录Ctl文件里面。使用方法：
1.将CTL文件和CTX文件复制到你的程序目录下。
2.打开工程，选择工程-添加用户控件-现存，把全部CTL文件添加进去。
3.拖放在窗体上即可。
提示：未集成窗体控件，需要把Form1调为无边框窗体，用Shape画一个长方形/正方形，线条宽设为3，颜色随意。
关闭按钮用集成的图片框去做（已经封装素材）。
