说明： VB采用三层架构的CRM客户关系管理系统，基于Access数据库。是一个电脑公司以前用过的，因些功能上可以满足中小型公司使用，只是部分模块是定制的，有的可能不太实用，从界面上来说，像是一挺专业的程序。

.InBufferSize = 40 设置缓冲区接收数据为40字节
.InputLen = 1 设置Input一次从接收缓冲读取字节数为1
.RThreshold = 1 设置接收一个字节就产生OnComm事件。
