SendFileClient
VC++实现类似于QQ文件传输功能的文件发送与接收程序示例，分为服务端和客户端，客户端首次接收数据，将判断文件包大小，数据包中一定包含完整的数据包结构信息，数据不一定完整；读取数据包的大小，包含数据包结构大小和数据大小，之前接收的数据与现在接收的数据能够构成至少一个完整的数据包，文件接收完毕则设置结束标记，若终止的连接，则弹出窗口告诉用户，对方终止了文件传送。

Compared with EMD, the proposed method is able to improve the frequency separation performance, as well as the stability under low sampling rates. Besides, the proposed method is robust against noise interference.)
