为了实现电镜拉伸台高精度载荷大的要求,针对拉伸台电机和位移、力传感器设计了相应的驱动和处理电路,采用 NI-USB6363 采集卡实现对信号的接收并通过 LabVIEW 程序进行处理和反馈控制。 实验结果表明,该控制系统能够完成电镜拉伸台的精度要求。(In order to realize the high precision and large load of the electron microscope,the motor drive and sensor signal processing circuit of displacement and force are designed in this paper.Sensor signal is received through NI -USB6363 acquisition card and processed by LabVIEW softwares which provide feedback.)
