MATLAB文本分割器，运行程序，输入文件名和分割大小，就可以分割了。本人比较爱看小说，经常会用到文本分割器，于是用m语言编了一个，分割效率还是挺高的，希望各位会喜欢。(MATLAB version of partition, and run the program, enter the file name and the partition size, you can split it.
