新林VB Win32 API速查手册源码版
新林基于VB开发的雪儿Win32API(模仿版)，类似于VB自带的API Viewer，但功能更多些，有些API函数还带有实例，有些函数还带有中文说明。
以前学VB时，也没少用这个东西，那时没得上网，就买光盘罗，在一张叫VB编程资源大全的光盘看到这个程序，用起来还可以。
