对倒立摆进行建模，实现神经网络对倒立摆的控制，用的是SINMULINK，自己搭建的模型，亲测可用，部分matlab版本可能会存在错误的现象，替换其中的元器件就行(The inverted pendulum is modeled to realize the control of the inverted pendulum by the neural network.
