为保护眼睛而专业编写的Vb定时提醒软件-每隔指定时间弹出提示发出提示音，写本软件的初衷是一个护眼软件，当面对电脑至设定的小时后，即会触发程序弹出提示，或发出警报音，可自定义休息时间结束时(工作时的声音提示)，每分钟一次的眨眼提示(可以关闭眨眼提示)，工作时间结束时(休息时的声音提示)，托盘图标动画显示，每分钟语音提示“请眨眨眼睛”，随机运行屏幕保护程序(每次见到的屏幕保护可能不一样)
