代码说明：

提出一种基于Teager能量算子的小电流接地系统的单相故障选线方法。通过EMD时空滤波，在故障线路零序电流中提取暂态分量作为特征量，以Teager能量算子法求得暂态分量的瞬时频率、实际频率和幅值，进而得到信号的能量均值，再以能量均值为故障判据，从而检测出故障线路。经Matlab/Simulink 仿真验证，结果表明该方法的有效性，且算法简便(Single-phase fault line selection method for the system. Time-space filtering through EMD)
