VB制作的精灵程序-周星弛版，其实是一个异形窗口的搞笑程序，大话西游系列的笑话，运用制作不规则窗体的方法实现一个动态变化的“精灵”窗口，这个特效在Word中见到过。
两种方式实现程序，效率有着很大的差别。采用从资源文件中读取已经生成的Region Data方式的CPU占用率少得可以忽略。
而采用实时用MakeRegion来生成Region方式，则CPU占用率一直在10%左右。
这说明，在制作这类采用异形窗口的程序，尤其还是动画形式的时候，采用前面的那种方法好得多。
