代码说明：

说明：基于遗传算法求解旅行商问题（TSP）首先采用随机生成点函数，生成一幅地图。假定一个点对应一个城市。之后用该地图求解旅行商问题(Solving Traveling Salesman Problem (TSP) Based on Genetic Algorithms Firstly, a map is generated by random generating point function. Suppose a point corresponds to a city. Then the map is used to solve the traveling salesman problem.)
