  5/3小波变换的提升算法实现以及对于什么叫做提升的介绍。由于5/3小波是整数小波，因此非常适合于DSP处理，且经过提升，小波变换的复杂度明显降低，将此代码的提升部分移植到DSP上，可以达到实时。(5/3 wavelet transform algorithm to enhance as well as what is to enhance the introduction.
