人员自己手里，使维护人员可以自由使用系统本身的一些探测工具，同时也可自主开应用级探测命令，再通过该监控软件，把所有的探测结果以统一的形式来报警，从而做到灵活通用性，便于运行上实现集中监控。-Common monitoring platform to run the design and implementation.
