基于可编程跨导运算放大器POTA低通有源滤波器设计。该文给出了基于可编程跨导运算放大器(POTA)的有源滤波器设计方法，能在一定范围内实现跨导值程控调节, 提高调节精度和准确度。并且利用Jacobi 法求解相似对角形矩阵，避免解高次方程的难题。所设计的有源滤波电路不易受分布电容的影响，稳定性好、灵敏度低。本文给出了设计实例，显示了该方法的优点。-Based on programmable transconductance operational amplifier POTA low-pass active filter design. In this paper, based on the programmable transconductance amplifier (POTA) of the active filter design method that can realize in a certain range transconductance value of program-controlled adjustment, improve precision and accuracy regulation. Jacobi method and use a similar matrix of angular, high-equation solution to avoid problems. Designed active filter circuit less susceptible to the effects of distributed capacitance, good stability, low sensitivity. In this paper, design examples, showing the advantages of the method.

This is a compact satellite tracking program. Using it even an older PC (from 486 up, DOS, VGA) can serve to track a satellite and turn the antenna, which allows newer PCs to be used for other purposes. For example other software can be used in parallel to get more information on multiple satellites or contact ranges.
It has the following functions needed in satellite communications:
Tells in which direction the satellite is.
Prints the azimuth and elevation angle numbers to the parallel port for automatic tracking (8 bit parallel data).
Gives pulses to two LPT pins for automatic doppler correction (up / down). -This is a compact satellite tracking program. 图像的二值化处理
实现二值化，当像素值（r+g+b）/3>128时设为255,当像素值小于128时设置为0.做归一化处理后，2值化的颜色 1为白，0为黑。边缘部分，计算有误差，255,254,253,252 就算白，0，1，2，3，4就算黑。屏幕显示时，肉眼是分辨不出这点误差的。你可以对2值化后的图像值作归一化处理，得到1和0，然后再放大（乘255），就可得到满意的数值。至于左边界上 1 254 253， 0 255 255，可能是2值化前，颜色原本就有差别。不是2值化的错误。
