说明：  CPSOGSA is a nature inspired algorithm that is inspired by swarm bahavior of birds and fish schooling and gravitational search algorithm which is based on newtons law of gravity and motion. It utilizes the properties of exploration and explitation from GSA and PSO, respectively in order to find global optimum.
