说明：在图像恢复技术中，总变分最小化是一种以保存图像细节为目标的规整化复原方法。本算法基于总变分最小化的思想，采取交替最小化的精确迭代策略来对图像和点扩展函数同时进行恢复。实验表明，该算法在噪声水平较高的情况下仍能对图像进行稳健的恢复。(Total variation image restoration techniques is a goal to save the image detail regularization recovery method. Algorithm based on total variation minimization thinking, take the alternating minimization accurate iteration strategy to simultaneously restore the image and point spread function. The experiments show that the algorithm in the case of high noise levels can still robust recovery image.)

特征选择之relief-F的MATLAB实现
Relief-F 算法是由 Kononenko 在 Relief 算法基础上扩展得到的，可以用来解决多分类与回归问题。 Relief-F 特征选择算法利用特征与类别间的相关程度判别特征的敏感程度，敏感的特征能使同类样本靠近，非同类样本远离。基本思想是：先随机从总样本集 D中获取一个样本 R，然后在与 R 同类样本集中和与R 异类样本集中各获取 k 个近邻样本，在特征集 F中如果某个特征上异类样本的距离大于同类样本，则这个特征是有利于分类的，增加其权重，重复 n 次取所有结果的均值作为每个特征的最终权重值.
