说明： 基带信号bpsk仿真，基带传输基本方波信号、sinc信号，对过程添加高斯白噪声，接收端用匹配滤波器进行接受，计算实际信号误码率，并于理论误码率进行比较(BPSK simulation of baseband signal. Baseband transmits basic square wave signal and sinc signal.
