代码说明：

说明：  1.选择主函数main运行。main有三个输出参数：最优染色体最早出现代数；最佳适应度；最优染色体编码 2.算例.txt文件提供了三个不同规模的JSP问题，将数据粘贴到main函数的对应位置，保存即可运行 3.time函数可以多次运行main主函数，对结果作简单统计(1. Select the main function to run.
