描述和应用实例。通过使用本固件函数库，无需深入掌握细节，用户也可以轻松应用每一个外设。因此，
使用本固态函数库可以大大减少用户的程序编写时间，进而降低开发成本。 为了节省开发时间和工作效
率，所以一般我们进行应用程序编写的过程中都会去使用芯片厂商提供的固件库像Nuvoton和TI都为他们
的32位产品制作了固件库，不过他们对固件库的称呼是库函数，其实实质都是一样的，里面大量采用结构
体，枚举和指针，能够比较方便快捷的帮助用户上手芯片，当然你觉得库函数没有达到你的要求你也可以
进行一定的修改，不过对于基本的应用库函数还是能够满足普通用户的需求的。这里我将记录我在MDK
