VB获取汉字拼音的一个模块实例，用本模块可以获取汉语拼音的声母（全部大写）、或汉语拼音（全部小写）以及单个汉字的汉语拼音。模块说明：
Tips: GetAllPy(汉字句或者词组) 用来获得汉语拼音的声母(全部大写）
GetHzPinYin(汉字句或者词组)用来获得汉语拼音(全部小写）
GetPY(单个汉字)用来获得单个汉字的汉语拼音
