UDP套接字编程
说明： 可通过U D P套接字及接口函数发送/接收数据
1. 在Linux系统下，采用C语言编写一个U D P服务器程序，客户向服务器发送字符串后，服务器能把该字符串返回给客户程序。
2. 在Linux系统下，采用C语言编写一个U D P客户程序，可向服务器发送字符串，并把服务器返回的字符串显示出来。(Data can be sent / received through U D P sockets and interface functions.
