The appendix corresponds to the chapter of the textbook, in which some chapters such as the Ray Method are not in the teaching plan, so there is no those chapters in the lectures. It was downloaded and integrated on the MIT open web site. There were only Doudingand another website in China. It was very inconvenient to download. It was uploaded here, hoping to help people.)
