基于多相催化反应动力学的特点和基本原理,提出多相催化反应动力学方程的一般形式,并介绍了用Matlab语言设计确定多相催化反应动力学方程参数的通用程序.处理时先对实验测定不同时刻对应的反应速率v0和浓度C(或压力P),利用无约束最优化计算方法求出多相催化反应动力学方程参数.文中以镍硅藻土催化苯加氢合成环己烷的实验数据为例进行验证,结果表明,利用所编程序确定的动力学方程和理论值及文献值很好吻合.(Based on the characteristics and dynamics of the basic principles of heterogeneous catalysis, heterogeneous catalysis proposed general form of kinetic equation and introduces heterogeneous catalytic reaction kinetics equation to determine the parameters used in Matlab language design common procedures when handling the first experimental measured at different times corresponding to the concentration of the reaction rate v0 and C (or pressure P), the use of unconstrained optimization calculations obtained heterogeneous catalytic reaction kinetics equation parameters. text nickel diatomaceous earth catalytic hydrogenation of benzene cyclohexane an example to validate the experimental data, the results show that the equations and theoretical value and dynamics literature values determined using the programmed good match.)
