锅炉是工业过程中不可缺少的动力设备，为确保安全，稳定生产，对锅炉的自动控制十分重要。汽包水位是锅炉运行的主要指标，汽包水位过高过低都会影响运行的安全与经济性，必须严格加以控制。本文主要是用MATLAB对锅炉汽包水位控制系统进行仿真研究。建立了锅炉汽包水位对象的数学模型和控制系统，并用Matlab语言在计算机上编制锅炉汽包水位控制系统的仿真程序。通过对象特性、最佳PID参数整定、控制系统比较分析，了解了汽包水位对象特性、整定出了最佳PID参数、总结出了各种控制方案的特点与适用场合。 ( Boiler is a necessary power plant in the process of industry. In order to ensure the production and security, the auto-control of it is very important. The drum water level is an important variable to be controlled, it is hard to get the mathematic model of the water level with adjustive process, it is characteristic of nonlinearity, instability and time lag. The traditional control mode of three-variable in the drum water level mostly use PID.The problem of automatic control in industry coal-fired boiler is discussed in this thesis. First of all，the technological process and characteristics of industry boiler is analyzed. The task of boiler regulator is expounded. And then the system scheme of control is presented. The dynamic characteristic of loops for water level is analyzed especially the reason of ostensible water level. On the basis of these a routine PID controller is designed to control the water level. led-clock
The LED clock consists of 60 LEDs which are placed circular around a common analog clock. The LEDs are used to display the seconds. Essential part of this circuit is the LED driver MAX7219 from Maxim. A datasheet is available on Maxim s homepage. The clock is controlled by the microcontroller AT89C2051 from Atmel. This microcontroller is clocked at a frequency of 12 MHz from which results a time base of 1 microsecond. Via software dividers one clock impulse per second is generated which is used for updating the LED display.
