C语言实现的H264的RTP网络包的组帧程序
利用wireshark把H264的RTP网络包导出保存为文件，该工具可以从文件依次按顺序读取出RTP包（模拟网络接收RTP报文），然后对分片打包的H264的RTP包进行nalu单元的重组、nalu单元组成帧，并把组成的帧依次存取到文件中，组成的帧可以用elecard streameye工具一帧一帧播放出来
